SIDECAR PROJECT
HOW TO GET A RIDE IN THE SIDE CAR.
1. We plan to have the sidecar at the ride events in 2026 to offer short rides (post the ride leaving)
A booking form will be on the events page in 2026 to register your interest. These will be limited, but we will accommodate as many autistic passengers as possible.
2. We are working with local charities to offer ride-outs for the kids and adults.
These are only local to Leeds and York at this time.
3. If local to Leeds and you would be interested in a go in the sidecar, then please contact me on the form below and I will see what is possible.
Please remember I am a caregiver myself so I will do my very best to find opportunities over and above my current commitments.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING TO DO.
The idea is to raise enough funds for a bike and sidecar used exclusively for SUPERGOOD BFA events, along with a trailer to be able to drive around the UK to open up rides for more kids and adults.
Currently we run ride outs in the Yorkshire area
We want to take kids and adults out with their carers for a trip (either short or long) that suits them, to give the individual some time to feel what it is like being on a motorcycle with the wind in your face and the feeling of the road. These rides with be with Local Leeds charities at this time, but I plan to get a trailer and nip around the uk doing small little trips for local charities.
WHY A SCOOTER SIDECAR.
1. The reason for a scooter is that it is easier for kids and adults to get on and off for bike and in the sidecar.
2. The scooter covers all the parts of the bike that we want kept safe and away from fingers.
3. it is also very small and less intimidating, plus we can fit 2 sidecars ti the side of one car on a trailer.

Get your work colleagues to help raise money for our sidecars & trailer.
We are looking to have two sidecars and a trailer to enable us to travel around the country for our rides and offer ride-outs.
We currently have 1 sidecar and this fundraising is for our second to offer more fun filled adventures
